As many companies shifted to a virtual workforce, people have become more aware of the importance of great virtual leadership and human connection.  In this episode of Humans, Now and Then, I speak to Donna Hanson, Technology Speaker and Productivity Trainer, about how our virtual world has impacted our work, as well as the critical importance of effective, relatable leadership.

Bio:

For the past twenty plus years Donna Hanson has worked with organizations and their teams to minimize the time they spend on administration so they can maximize their time doing the things that matter. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the only globally recognized accreditation for professional speakers and one of only five people outside the US accredited to deliver an email productivity program to Microsoft’s own staff. She is the author of two books, 'RECLAIM Your Inbox' and 'Ctrl + Alt + Delete – Reboot Your Productivity.' and has made regular appearances on programs such as Channel 7’s Sunrise and Channel 9’s A Current Affair programs discussing various aspects of technology. She is passionate about getting people off technology and back to the things that matter.
